Welcome to Dr. McFarland's PY101 Class!

What is Supplemental Instruction (SI)?

SI targets traditionally difficult academic courses (courses with high rates of D or F grades and withdrawals) and provides regularly scheduled, informal, out-of-class, peer-facilitated sessions.  SI helps to reinforce what is covered in lecture, what you have studied on your own, and provide you with extra help you need to succeed in this course. I hold my sessions twice a week, and I have an office hour as well.  All of these are informal; you may come and go as you please, bring lunch or snacks, etc.  If you cannot attend my sessions or my office hour, feel free to e-mail me your questions.

Session Information:

Monday:  1:15-2:15 pm (EB132)

Wednesday:  10 am - 11 am (EB132)

Office Hour - Tuesday 2:00 - 3:00 pm  (HUC514)
